Yes, thanks Annely for speaking out.
I *promise* to *not* work on version 16 (and to not release any new
version) before our next meeting on Wednesday.
If you have feedback while reading version 16, you may share it here to
the list, but keep in mind that your mail is sent to all list members
and published in our list archive

NB I will very probably hear new input until then, but if that suggests
changes to our report, I will note them in a separate document (which we
will either read or not at the beginning of our meeting).
